Executive Chef & Owner John Simpson has been sculpting ice since 1992. He sculpted the second largest ice sculpture in Utah, following behind the US Olympic Team in 2002. John Simpson was a competitor at the 2010 World Ice Sculpting Competition in Fairbanks, Alaska. John boasts that "If you can supply an image, I can sculpt it!"
